Subcontractor was excellent on trying to meet homeowners expectations. Both the sales rep and installer were thorough, respectful, and helpful.

Newleaf should have their contractor license revoked by the state. Perhaps a class action lawsuit would help resolve the issues. Threatening Newleaf with legal action does not seem to cause any motivation to fix the issues.
He allowed me to watch part of the time and concluded his install with the new appliances neatly installed in the scheduled time we had arranged. He assisted me in taking the removed old water softener out of my basement and helped load into the back of my truck. Brandon did a great job with the install overall, a good experience. Paint, sheet rock, tile grout issues that were identified prior to close have never been addressed. The fence in back yard is leaning, Window that will not stay open. Had a professional home inspector come in and identified issues that were submitted to Newleaf prior to end of first year, and have not received a response. Multiple neighbors have had similar issues.
Also, I had to drill holes in my own walls to finish the project. I like my water softener but from start to finish it was a bad process. For this install a sub-contractor came to install the Leaf Home water solutions softener and RO system. Brandon from Sympl Solutions showed up on time, worked carefully so as not to make or leave a mess.
